Walden Cottage
This is Walden Cottage. It's on my land, in Prestatyn. It's detached, which is nice, and you can just about see the sea from the front.
It sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. Everything's on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. There's a woodburning stove for winter, and a patio out the back with a barbecue.
You can walk into Prestatyn town centre. It's about fifteen minutes. There are shops, a few restaurants and pubs. The local pub is about half a mile away.
The big thing here is the walking. The Offa's Dyke path starts practically on the doorstep. You're right on the edge of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so the hills are right there. The beach is about a mile away.
If you want to drive somewhere, Chester is about half an hour away. Llandudno is the same, maybe forty minutes. Mold is closer, about twenty minutes.
Facilities wise, it's got what you need: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's bicycle storage if you bring bikes. You can bring one dog. There's a cot and a highchair if needed.
