Walden Cottage

Walden Cottage is in Prestatyn, North Wales. It's a detached bungalow in the grounds of a bigger house. You get your own space. You can see the sea from the windows, not up close but in the distance.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs to worry about. It's got a 5 Star rating which means it's well equipped and in good order. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.

You're right by the start of the Offa's Dyke Path here. You can walk out the gate and onto it. Prestatyn town centre is walkable too, maybe fifteen minutes. There are shops and a few pubs that do food.

The Clwydian Hills are on your doorstep for walking. They're designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For a day out, Llandudno's Victorian seafront is about forty minutes' drive. Chester is about forty minutes the other way. Mold's market is closer, maybe twenty-five minutes.

Facilities: it's got a private patio with a BBQ, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's space to store bikes if you bring them.
