Butterfly
Right, this is the Butterfly Pod. It's on the Haulfryn Caravan and Lodge Park near Holywell. It's a detached pod, so you're on your own.
It's a 5 Star rating, which means it's done to a high standard. It sleeps two, but there are two bedrooms. One is an upstairs loft space, so you have to use a ladder to get into it. That's the main thing to know. There's a proper bed downstairs as well.
You've got your own little patio with a table and chairs, and a hot tub. The kitchen is open-plan and kitted out. Bedding and towels are included, and there's Wi-Fi and parking.
The site is quiet. It's fields and woodland around you. The historic town of Holywell is just down the road, where St Winefride's Well is. That's one of the old 'Seven Wonders of Wales'.
You're a short drive from the North Wales coast. Places like Prestatyn, Rhyl, Llandudno and Conwy are all within half an hour for a day out. The Clwydian Range is right there for walking. If you're into golf, there's a course locally.
