Beehive Cottage
Beehive Cottage is in Bodfari, in the Clwydian Range. It's a detached stone cottage that sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating.
The cottage used to be a stable. It's open plan downstairs with a wood burner. Big patio doors face the garden and the fields. The bedroom has patio doors too, so you can step straight outside.
The garden has a couple of seating areas, a barbecue, and a herb bed you can use. There's about an acre of meadow grass and wildflowers around it. The owners keep bees nearby, hence the name.
Bodfari is a small village. There's a pub that does food about half a mile away. Denbigh, which has shops and a castle, is five miles. The coast at Prestatyn or Rhyl is about a 20 minute drive.
For walking, you can join the Clwydian Way from the property grounds. Offa's Dyke Path is a quarter of a mile up the lane. The area is popular for cycling too. There are golf courses in Denbigh.
Further out, you can get to Llandudno or Chester in under 40 minutes. Snowdonia is about 45 minutes away via the Denbigh Moors.
It has a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included.
