Ladyston Barn
Ladyston Barn is in Tullibardine, near Auchterarder, in Perthshire. It's a one-bedroom barn conversion. Sleeps two, obviously.
It's on a non-working farm. The barn is detached. You're behind our farmhouse, looking out at the fields. You'll see deer most days. The main wall is basically a big window, so you get the view from inside.
It's a 5 Star place. That means it's been done to a high standard. It's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
There's a private courtyard with a hot tub and a sauna. They're for your use only. The hot tub has fairy lights around it. We've also got a separate games room next door with a snooker table, dart board, wood burner, and some sofas. You're welcome to use it.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. The stairs to the bedroom are spiral and a bit steep. It's a galleried bedroom with a kingsize bed up there.
Facilities include a dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. The heating and electricity are covered.
Location wise, you're about a ten minute drive from Crieff and from Auchterarder. Gleneagles is about ten minutes away if you're here for golf. Perth and Stirling are about twenty minutes. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park and Callander are half an hour away. You can get to Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Dundee in under an hour if you want a city day.
