This is Newbigging Farm Cottage. It's on the edge of Auchterarder. You've got fields at the back, and the town is a short walk the other way.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. Everything is clean and works. The stairs are fine.
The main room is open plan, kitchen, dining and sitting area together. There's a wood burner and patio doors that go out to your own private courtyard. The furniture is decent. It's a good space for sitting around in.
It's detached, so no neighbours on the other side of a wall. There's parking right outside. The EV charger is round the back of the cottage, by the parking area.
You can walk into Auchterarder in about ten or fifteen minutes. There's a Co-op, a few cafes and places to eat. The Tormaukin Inn does food. Gleneagles is two miles down the road if you're here for the golf.
For walking, you've got the Ochil Hills on your doorstep. The Tay Forest Park is about a 25 minute drive. Perth is 20 minutes north. Stirling with the castle is about half an hour south. If you want a big shopping stop, The House of Bruar is 15 minutes up the A9.
Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
