Burnside Lodge
This is Burnside Lodge. It’s just outside Auchterarder, in Perthshire. It’s a modern, detached lodge. You get the place to yourselves.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s well-equipped and comfortable. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a double with its own shower room. The main bathroom is next to the queen room.
Inside, it’s open plan. There’s a kitchen, dining table for four, and a lounge area with an electric fire. We’ve got WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
Outside, there’s a private deck. It looks over Ruthven Water, which is a small river. There’s parking right by the lodge.
Auchterarder is a nice wee town. There are local shops and a couple of pubs. The famous Gleneagles Hotel is about three miles up the road. You can use the spa or eat there if you want.
For walking, the Ochil Hills are close by. Crieff is ten minutes away and has MacRosty Park. Loch Earn and Loch Tay are about a 25 minute drive. Good for fishing or a drive out.
You can bring one well-behaved dog.
