This is Craig Rossie Lodge. It's a standalone cabin, not part of a complex. It's near Auchterarder in Perthshire.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms. One is a twin with its own small toilet, and the other is a double. They share the main bathroom which has a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean, but don't expect anything luxurious.
The main room is open plan. Kitchen at one end, dining table, then the living area with the TV. The patio doors open out onto a private bit of decking with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. You look out over fields and trees. It's quiet.
You're about a ten minute drive from the centre of Auchterarder. There are shops, cafes, and a few places to eat there. The big attraction is obviously Gleneagles. It's just down the road. You can see the hotel from some spots.
If you like walking, you can go straight up Craig Rossie hill from here. The path starts nearby. Good views from the top. For fishing, there's the River Ruthven on the estate, or the Earn and Tay aren't far.
You're right on the edge of the Ochil Hills. For a proper day out, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is about a 30 minute drive. Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument are under half an hour away as well. If it's raining, the Dundee Rep or the V&A museum in Dundee are easy to get to.
Facilities are what you'd expect: parking right outside, wifi, a washing machine, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
