Rossie Cottage

Rossie Cottage is our place in Auchterarder. It's on a little lane just off the main street. It's a semi-detached cottage, detached from the house next door, so it's just you and the garden.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and one family bathroom. Everything's on one level, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.

You're about a two minute walk from the high street. There are cafes, a couple of pubs that do food, a good butcher, and some nice local shops. You don't really need the car if you just fancy a coffee or a pint.

The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got a dog or kids. There's parking for one car right outside.

Inside, you've got a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There's a TV and wifi. We provide all the bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.

If you're playing golf, the Auchterarder course is very close. The Gleneagles courses are about a ten minute drive away.

For a day out, Stirling is just over half an hour away. The castle is worth seeing. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is about the same drive. You can get to the edge of the park in half an hour for some good walking. Blair Drummond Safari Park is about 25 minutes away, which kids tend to like.

You can get the train from Gleneagles station, which is a few minutes in the car, if you want to go to Edinburgh or Glasgow without driving. Perth and Crieff are a short drive.
