The Hoolit is a bungalow in Crieff. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. We used to live in it ourselves.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sideways is 4 Star, which basically means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's good for a couple or a small family. The place is wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but you'd need to check the full layout for your needs.
It's in a quiet spot at the edge of town, looking out over fields towards Calliums Hill. You'll often see deer in the morning. There's a patio and an enclosed garden. The hot tub is under a roof, so you can use it in any weather. It's private.
You can walk into Crieff in about five minutes. There's a decent pub that does food a few hundred yards away. The town has shops, cafes, and a Co-op for groceries. Crieff is a good base. The River Earn walks are nice and gentle.
Glenturret Distillery, the oldest working one in Scotland, is just outside town if you like whisky. The golf course is well-regarded.
For a day out, you're at the edge of the Highlands. Loch Earn is about 15 minutes drive for water sports. Big hills like Ben Vorlich and Ben Lawers are within a half hour drive for serious walking. You can get to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park in under an hour. Stirling, with its castle and the Wallace Monument, is about 40 minutes south. Perth is about half an hour east.
Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
