The Old Stables At Westerton

The Old Stables is in Westerton, near Crieff. It's a single-storey cottage converted from an old stable block. You're on your own in a cobbled courtyard with a private garden.

It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-finished. Because it's all on one level, and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, it's quite straightforward to get around. The utility room by the door is handy for boots and coats.

The living area has French doors out to the garden. It's a good spot to sit. The garden is fully enclosed, which is useful if you're bringing a dog.

You're surrounded by woods and fields here, so it's quiet. The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in Crieff. Crieff has what you need, supermarkets, cafes, and a few places to eat. There's a decent deli for local produce.

If you're here for walking, you're well placed. There are Munros and lower hills within a half hour drive. Loch Earn is about ten miles for watersports. Golf is a big thing around here, with Gleneagles about twenty minutes away.

For facilities, you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
