Caroch Cottage is in Comrie, about a hundred yards from the main street. It's a terraced cottage, one of a few in the row. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star rating so it's comfortable and clean, not fancy.
The kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor and it's a decent size. The living room upstairs has a window seat. You can see the River Earn from there.
The front door opens right onto the pavement. You can walk to everything. The pub is about 150 yards. There's a butcher, a baker, a couple of cafes and a small supermarket all on the high street.
The stairs inside are a bit steep, just so you know.
For walking, you've got the river path and woodland right from the village. There's a 9-hole golf course at one end and a mountain bike centre. Crieff is about seven miles away if you need more shops or want to visit the whisky distillery.
Stirling and Perth are both about 25 miles in opposite directions, so within half an hour if you want a city day.
It has a washing machine, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. There's a TV. Sorry, no pets.
