This is the Rathlin Coach House. It's in Comrie, Perthshire. The building's a converted coach house from the 1890s. It's detached and sits in our own garden, which you have to yourselves. The garden's enclosed, which is good if you have kids. There's a gate at the bottom that leads straight down to the River Earn.
It sleeps five people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
You're about a minute's walk from the middle of Comrie. The village has shops like a baker, butcher, and a grocer. There are a few places to eat and drink. Comrie has a lot of events through the year, like the Flambeau at New Year.
The property has parking on site. If you have an electric car, there's a car park right opposite with two charging points.
For things to do, you're right on the edge of the Highlands. There's walking and cycling from the door. There's a 9-hole golf course in the village, and Gleneagles is about twenty minutes away by car. You can fish from the garden if you have a permit, or arrange it elsewhere on the river. For water sports, you can go to St Fillans on Loch Earn.
Crieff is six miles away if you need a bigger supermarket.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's a patio with a BBQ. No pets, I'm afraid.
