Daisybank Cottage
This is Daisybank Cottage. It's in Gilmerton, outside Crieff in Perthshire.
It's a small cottage that sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one shower room. One bedroom has a double bed. The other has two singles that you can push together if you need to. It's got a three star rating. It's comfortable but it's not brand new.
The living space is all open plan. The kitchen's at one end, then a dining table, then the lounge area by the stove. The main window looks out back over fields. It's quiet because it's down a lane off the minor road.
There are a few steps to get into the cottage. The patio is right outside the door, then there are more steps down to the garden.
Crieff is about five minutes away by car. It's got all the usual shops, cafes, and a couple of supermarkets. The Hydro is there if you want swimming or activities. The Glenturret distillery is just on the edge of town.
You're well placed for getting out. Loch Lomond and the Trossachs are about half an hour's drive. Stirling is under 40 minutes for the castle or shopping. Perth is about 25 minutes. If you want a proper mountain drive, Glen Coe is just over an hour.
Inside, it's got a wood burner, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. No pets, sorry.
