Quabbs Head Cottage is on the Netherley Hall Estate near Ham Green. It's a working estate, they farm cattle and sheep here. The cottage is detached, so you've got it to yourselves.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. Three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-specced. There are two bedrooms downstairs on the ground floor. That can be useful.
The cottage is part of a group of five, all done up using oak from the estate. They've tried to keep plastic use down. You have access to a shared gym and a tennis court on the estate.
Out the door, you're straight into woodland walks. You can walk up to British Camp on the Malvern Hills from here. The views are good. For longer walks, the Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way are close by.
The closest shop is about a mile away. There's a country pub two miles from the cottage.
Malvern is a 15 minute drive. Ledbury and Upton-upon-Severn are nice for a mooch around the shops. Eastnor Castle is nearby. For events, the Three Counties Showground isn't far. There's local golf and horse riding if you want it.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's an enclosed garden with a patio and a BBQ. On-site parking, and an electric vehicle charger. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
