The Cotes
It's called The Cotes. It's a converted barn on our farm, just below the Malvern Hills. The farm's arable, so it's just crops, no livestock right by you. It's detached, so no one attached on either side.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The garden at the front is mature, a bit wild in a nice way. There's a courtyard out the back that's private and quiet.
There's a footpath that goes straight into Upper Welland village. It's about half a mile. They've got a shop there for basics. The nearest pub is about the same distance.
You're right at the foot of the Malvern Hills for walking. Great Malvern is about ten minutes by car. They have the theatre there, which is good. Upton-upon-Severn is about fifteen minutes, they do music festivals. Ledbury and Tewkesbury are both nice market towns, maybe twenty minutes drive.
The Three Counties Showground is very close. They have all sorts of events on, so it's worth checking their schedule.
In terms of what's there: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right there. You can bring up to three dogs. The TV works, there's a shower, and all the utilities are included in the price.
