Rye Court Cottage is on Rye Street, on the south end of the Malvern Hills. It's a detached bungalow, used to be a cider store for the big house next door. It's on its own in the grounds, so it's quiet. You have your own enclosed garden and patio.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and there's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. The layout is mostly open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. It has a covered porch with a stable door, which is nice to let the air in.
The pub is about 300 yards away. They do food. The nearest shop is in the village, about two and a half miles drive. There's a restaurant about five miles away.
You're basically on the edge of the common land here. You can walk out the gate and be on the Malvern Hills footpaths in about ten minutes. The views from up there are very good.
For a day out, Ledbury is a market town about ten minutes away by car. Eastnor Castle is near there. Gloucester is about half an hour's drive, for the cathedral and the docks. Hereford is a similar distance in the other direction.
The property allows two pets. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included, and there's a washing machine and WiFi.
