The Cottage is in Ledbury, on Church Lane. It's a terraced house, Grade II listed. That means the walls are a bit wonky in places, which is normal. It's at the top of the cobbled street with the black and white buildings.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are steep, like most old cottages.
There's a pub right next door. They're dog friendly and do food. The town has decent shops, a butchers, a couple of cafes. The train station is about a mile away if you need it.
You can walk straight out into the countryside. The Malvern Hills are a couple of miles away for a proper walk with views. There are loads of circular walks from the town itself, like the one around Much Marcle.
For a day out, Eastnor Castle is about ten minutes by car. Hellens Manor is nearby too. If you like cider, Westons is at Much Marcle, maybe a fifteen minute drive. The Wye Valley is within half an hour. Hereford, Worcester, and Cheltenham are all about thirty minutes away.
What's here: a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, parking for one car out the back. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. It's decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
