The Pavilion
The Pavilion is a lodge on our farm in Welland. It's detached, so you're on your own out there. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The official rating is 5 Star, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
It's on a working equestrian farm. You'll see horses from the windows. The garden is enclosed and looks out over one of the riding arenas, with views of the Malvern Hills behind it. You're right beside a bridle path if you want to walk from the door.
If you ride, you can bring your own horse. We have stables and turnout. You'd have use of the arenas. You'd need to call me beforehand to sort that out, it's not automatic.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The property is wheelchair accessible, with a ground floor wet room.
The local shop and pub are about a mile away, in the village. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Malvern or Upton-upon-Severn.
You're well placed here. Great Malvern is about a ten minute drive, good for shops and cafes. The Malvern Hills are right there for walking. Ledbury is about twenty minutes away, a nice market town. Worcester, Tewkesbury, and Cheltenham are all within a thirty minute drive if you want a day out.
