The Pavilion
This is The Pavilion. It's a lodge on our farm in Welland. We're right under the Malvern Hills. The view from the front is just fields and the hills. Nothing in the way.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and everything is new. All on one level, so no stairs. The doorways are wide and there's a wet room. It's good for wheelchairs.
You're on a working equestrian farm. That means you'll see horses. The garden is enclosed and looks over one of the riding arenas. There's a bridle path right beside the property if you want to walk. If you want to bring your own horse, you can. We have stables and turnout. You'd need to call me to sort that out beforehand.
Inside, it's open plan. Kitchen, dining, and living area all together. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything is included, bedding, towels, electricity.
The local shop and pub are about a mile away in the village. They're fine. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Malvern or Ledbury.
You're in the middle of three counties here. Ledbury is about ten minutes drive. It's a nice market town. Worcester is about twenty minutes. The Malvern Hills are right there for walking. The Malvern Hills Trust site has maps. If you want a day out, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, and Hereford are all within half an hour.
You can bring two dogs. There's bike storage if you need it. Parking is right outside.
