The Parlour is a detached cottage in Earl's Croome in Worcestershire. It's one building that used to be part of a stable yard, I believe. The place is quiet and on its own.
It sleeps four, but it's all in one big bedroom upstairs. It's a mezzanine, really. You go up a staircase from the living room. So it's open plan. There's one bathroom with a shower downstairs.
It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and in good order. The kitchen has what you need, there's a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. WiFi works. There's a TV. You can park right outside.
There's an enclosed garden area with a patio. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's a pub about a mile away in the next village that does food. The nearest shop for basics is about two and a half miles.
For walking, you can just step out the door. There are public footpaths all around the village through the fields. If you want a proper day out, the Malvern Hills are about a 15-minute drive. You can also get to Croome Court, which is a National Trust place, very quickly.
Upton-upon-Severn is close. They have music festivals in the summer. Worcester and Cheltenham are both within half an hour's drive if you need a bigger town or the races.
