Manor Cottage is in Eckington. It's a black and white timbered cottage from the 1600s, so it's Grade II listed. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. Sleeps four.
The garden is a decent size and fully enclosed. Inside, the main thing is the fireplace in the living room. You can use it. The stairs are quite steep, as they often are in these old places.
You've got two pubs and a village shop about a five minute walk away. The Eckington Manor Cookery School is just up the road if you fancy a meal or a class.
For walks, you can head straight down to the River Avon. There's a path along the bank that goes to the lock. Bredon Hill is right there, which is good for a longer hike. The National Trust looks after part of it.
Pershore is four miles away for supermarkets and shops. Tewkesbury is seven miles. You can visit the Abbey there. Cheltenham is about half an hour's drive if you want the races or the shops.
It's also under half an hour to get into the Cotswolds, to places like Broadway.
The facilities are all there: parking, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
