This is Brook House. It's on our farm here in Cradley, near Malvern. The place sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, so it's good for a big group or a couple of families.
It's a listed building, old. From around 1670, I think. The stairs are steep and the doors are low in some places, because it's old. You'll need to mind your head. We've restored it properly, using oak from our own woods. The garden is enclosed and looks out over the Mathon Brook.
It's a working farm. We have cattle and sheep. You'll see them from the windows. There are walks straight from the door through the estate woods. The Malvern Hills are right there for longer walks. Malvern Hills Trust has good maps.
You're about 15 minutes' drive from Great Malvern. There's a shop a mile away and a pub two miles. The pub does food. For a bigger shop, Malvern or Ledbury have everything.
Local things to do: the Berkeley Castle is about half an hour away. The Three Counties Showground is near Malvern for events. Hereford, with the cathedral and the Mappa Mundi, is about a 25 minute drive.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. There's parking right outside. The bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a BBQ and a gym in the shared barn for guests.
