The Cider Press is a barn conversion on Whitewells Farm, near Ridgeway Cross. It's one of several cottages on the site. It's all on one level, which is handy.
It's for two people. One kingsize bedroom, and a second smaller room with a single bed if you want it for a child or just extra space. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The living room has a big patio door that looks out onto the garden. It's light. The ceilings are high with the old beams showing. You get your own bit of garden with a patio.
It's basic but comfortable. There's a TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a washing machine, a highchair, and space for bikes.
The nearest pub and restaurant are about a mile and a half away, so you'll likely drive. The countryside around here is very nice for walking. You can see the Malvern Hills from the cottage.
Hereford is about a 20 minute drive. Worcester and Ledbury are similar. There's quite a lot within 30 minutes if you like history or gardens. The National Trust has several places nearby, like Berrington Hall and Croft Castle.
The Black and White Villages trail is good for a drive. For a longer day out, Cheltenham or Ludlow are both under an hour away.
