Park Clement
Park Clement is a farmhouse near Bwlchygroes in Pembrokeshire. It's a working farm, so you'll see sheep in the fields. The house is detached and down its own private lane.
It sleeps ten people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. We got it renovated last year to a high standard. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's comfortable and everything's been done properly. The kitchen is new and open plan, with a big dining table that looks out over the valley through a large glass end. The view there is good.
There are two separate living rooms, both with wood burners. One is off the kitchen, the other is quieter if you want to get away. The stairs are a normal staircase, not a steep cottage one.
The garden is enclosed. There's a hot tub and a barbecue. There's a kids' play area with a slide and swing. You can bring two dogs.
You're in the middle of the countryside here. The nearest proper shop is in Cardigan, about a 15 minute drive. It's a market town with supermarkets, a theatre, and places to eat.
There are woodland walks from the property itself that go down to Ffynone Waterfall. For beaches, Poppit Sands, Newport and Mwnt are all within half an hour by car. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park footpath is nearby if you want longer walks.
Facilities wise, it's all included. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding and towels. There's a cot, highchair and stairgate if you need them. Plenty of parking.
