The Boathouse
The Boathouse is in Little Haven in Pembrokeshire. It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The layout is upside down. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen are upstairs on the first floor. That's so you get the sea view from the main living area. When the tide is in, you can see it from the big window.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. There's one bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs is open plan. Kitchen, dining table, living area. There's a wood burning stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. WiFi works fine. We can provide a highchair and a stairgate.
The beach is about a five minute walk down the lane. It's a sandy cove. The village has a couple of pubs that do food, and a shop for basics.
For a longer walk, you can get straight onto the Pembrokeshire Coast Path from the village. Boat trips to Skomer Island for the seabirds leave from St Martins Haven, which is a short drive around the headland.
Within half an hour's drive you've got bigger beaches like Broad Haven, or the city of St Davids with the cathedral. Further afield, places like Tenby or Folly Farm are about forty minutes by car.
