The Cat Cabin
The Cat Cabin is in Polmont, Stirlingshire. It's part of a small site of six holiday cabins built inside the walled garden of Kinneil House. This one is specifically for people bringing cats.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main bedroom has a double bed. The second room has single beds up in a raised den area for kids.
The Cabin has a porch, which is useful for getting in and out without letting a cat dash off. Inside, there are climbing frames and platforms for them. It takes up to four cats.
The site is detached and quiet. You have your own outdoor seating and a BBQ. The walled garden is shared. You'll see birds and hedgehogs about.
Location wise, it's very central. You can walk to a supermarket, a couple of pubs, and some takeaways in about five minutes. The woods along the Antonine Wall are even closer, just a couple of minutes' walk.
By car, Edinburgh and Glasgow city centres are about half an hour away. Edinburgh Airport is fifteen minutes. The edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park is under forty minutes.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's local fishing and a local pub nearby.
