Tunturi
Tunturi is in Linlithgow. It’s a detached lodge on a small family-run park, surrounded by fields and Scots pines. It's quiet.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with a kingsize bed. The other is upstairs, almost like a gallery room, with a kingsize and a single bed. It has a good view. Both bathrooms are shower rooms. The downstairs one has a sauna for four people.
The main living space is open plan. There’s a wood pellet stove. The view from the windows is over open countryside.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is right outside.
Linlithgow itself has pubs, cafes and that. For a bigger town, Livingston is close. Edinburgh is very easy to get to, about twenty minutes by train. Glasgow and Stirling are about half an hour’s drive.
If you’re looking for things to do, the Linlithgow Palace is right there. The coast at South Queensferry, with the bridges, is about fifteen minutes away. For walking, the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is under an hour’s drive.
