It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms. One has a super king bed. The other can be a king or two singles. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The rating is 4 Star. It was refurbished in 2024, so everything's fresh.
You access it through the conservatory into the kitchen. The living room has French doors that open straight into the garden. The garden's enclosed and looks out over fields. There's a hot tub on the patio.
It's on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good for walking straight from the door.
For days out, the Jurassic Coast and Lyme Regis are about 40 minutes' drive. Exeter is about half an hour. The Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton is nearby if that's of interest. Honiton is close for shops.
Facilities: everything's included like bedding, towels, WiFi. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, parking. The garden has a BBQ. You can bring one well-behaved dog. By arrangement, there's also stabling if you want to bring a horse.
