Greenfields is a single-storey cottage on a farm in Rawridge. It's all on one level, so it's good for wheels. There's a ramp to the front door. Inside, it's an open plan living room and kitchen, with patio doors out to a decked area.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one wet room bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped.
The decking is enclosed and there are steps down to the garden. You look out over the Otter Valley, so it's just fields and trees. The farm has horses and sheep, and you'll see deer and birds about. There's a carp lake on site, which you can fish if you've got a licence. You share it with the other cottages here.
You can walk from the cottage. There are footpaths to Rawridge and Uppottery villages. The whole area is part of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
If you drive, the coast is about half an hour. Seaton and Sidmouth are the closest beaches. Lyme Regis and Charmouth are a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. They're part of the Jurassic Coast.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if needed. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
