Badger's is at White Horse Farm in Middlemarsh. It's a one-bedroom barn conversion on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. It sleeps two.
You've got your own decked area out the front. The place is, well, it's straightforward. It's clean and it works. It's got a 3 Star rating, which feels about right.
The farm itself is a couple of acres. There's a duck pond, a games room, and one of those big indoor barbecue cabins if you fancied it. There are a few other places to rent here, so it's good if a group wants to book a few together.
The local pub is a couple of minutes' walk. They do food. The village shop is four miles away in Cerne Abbas, so you'll want to drive for groceries.
For getting out, you're in a decent spot. Cerne Abbas, with the giant on the hill, is about four miles. Sherborne is six miles north. Nice abbey, castle, shops. Dorchester is twelve miles south. If you like museums, there's a few there. The coast at Weymouth is about half an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
