Moley's
Moley's is part of White Horse Farm near Middlemarsh in Dorset. It's a single-storey barn conversion that sleeps two. That means no stairs at all.
You have your own decked patio out the front. The site is two acres, so there's space. There's a duck pond and a games room on site. They've also got a big Finnish barbecue cabin that can seat fifteen if you've got a group.
The bed is a king size. There's a shower room, not a bath. Everything is on the ground floor. It's got a 3 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean and comfortable, not luxury.
The local pub is about two hundred yards down the road. They do food. The nearest shop is about four miles away in Cerne Abbas.
You're about four miles from Cerne Abbas, which has the Cerne Giant on the hill. Sherborne is six miles north. It's a nice town with an abbey, castle, shops, and places to eat. Dorchester is about twelve miles south. It's bigger, with museums and things.
The coast is about forty minutes' drive. Weymouth has a big sandy beach. From there you can follow the coast road west to Lyme Regis. The whole stretch is the Jurassic Coast. It's good walking country inland too.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV.
