Wriggle View Totnell

Wriggle View is a cottage on our farm just outside Totnell. It's one of three barns we converted, but it's separate so you get your own space. The farm is family run. We've got beef cattle, some sheep, and chickens. You're welcome to have a look around.

The cottage sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a five star rating, which means everything is in good working order and comfortable.

The layout is upside down. The living area and kitchen are upstairs. It means you get the best views from the main room. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. There's a wet room down there too, which is handy if you come back muddy from a walk.

It's a working farm, so there are farm noises and smells sometimes. There's parking right outside.

The place has everything you'd expect. WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot and highchair if you need them, and the bedding and towels are included. The garden is yours to use, with a patio and a BBQ. Sorry, no pets.

The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in the village. They're fine for basics and a pint.

For days out, Sherborne is close. It's a nice market town with a castle and an abbey. Dorchester is about ten miles. You can get to the coast in under half an hour. Weymouth has a big sandy beach. The Jurassic Coast is stunning for a walk. National Trust Dorset has good information on the area.

A bit further out, within about forty minutes, you've got places like the Tank Museum at Bovington, or Monkey World. In Somerset, there's the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton. Glastonbury Tor is about a forty minute drive.
