Eden Cottage Cerne Abbas

Eden Cottage is on Abbey Street in Cerne Abbas. It's a stone terrace house, so you've got neighbours either side, but it's quiet. You get a small enclosed garden out the back. It's mostly patio with a bit of lawn.

It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well looked after and everything works. The cottage is old, so mind your head on the beam in the kitchen doorway. The stairs are standard for a place like this.

You're right in the middle of the village. There are three pubs and a village shop all about a two minute walk away. The shop has the basics. The pubs are all decent, they all do food.

The Giant is about a ten minute walk up the hill. You can't really see him properly from the ground, but the walk up is nice. The abbey ruins are just at the end of the street.

Dorchester is about 15 minutes by car. Sherborne is about 20 minutes the other way. For the coast, Weymouth is roughly half an hour. Lyme Regis is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. That whole stretch is the Jurassic Coast.

The place has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a stairgate if you need it. No pets.
