The Two Bedroom Balcony View
The Two Bedroom Balcony View is an apartment in a big building on the waterfront in Portsmouth. It's one of sixteen on the site. The building is that tall, round one you can see from the motorway, sometimes called the Lipstick building.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's all on one level, so no stairs inside the apartment. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern, clean and comfortable.
The main thing is the view. You're up high, so you look out over the harbour and the Solent. There's a balcony to stand on and watch the boats. It's got underfloor heating, which is good in winter.
You're right in Gunwharf Quays. That means the shops, bars, and restaurants are literally downstairs. There's a cinema and a bowling alley there too. The Spinnaker Tower is right there if you want to go up it. The train station for going to London is about a ten minute walk.
For other things to do, the Historic Dockyard is about a mile away. That's where the Victory and the Mary Rose are. Southsea is a short drive or a decent walk along the front. The beach there is pebbly. There's a castle and an aquarium.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, cot if you need it. All bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site and a store for bikes. No pets.
