This is flat number one in the building at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. It's a two bedroom apartment, not a cottage.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is all on one level, which is easy. There's underfloor heating so the floors aren't cold.
You're right on the waterfront. The view from the balcony looks out over the harbour and the coast. The building is tall, you'll see it.
Everything is right there. Shops, bars, restaurants, a cinema. It's all about 180 yards away. The pub is close. The beach at Southsea is a couple of miles if you want sand.
The main things to do are on your doorstep. The Historic Dockyard is a short walk, where you can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose. You can go up the Spinnaker Tower for the view. There's also the D-Day Museum and Southsea Castle.
Portsmouth Harbour train station is close by. You can get a train to London in about an hour and a half if you fancied a day trip.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site and a bike store if you bring cycles. There's a cot if you need one. No pets.
