No.1 The One Bedroom
No.1 The One Bedroom is a holiday flat in the Lipstick building at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. It's one of sixteen identical apartments in the block.
You're right on the harbour. The view from the higher floors is over the water and the south coast. It's a modern, open-plan flat, all on one level, so no stairs inside. It's got underfloor heating. It sleeps two in one bedroom and has one bathroom.
You're basically in the middle of everything. The Gunwharf Quays shopping centre, with all its shops, restaurants, and a cinema, is right at the bottom of the building. You can walk to the train station at Portsmouth Harbour in about five minutes for trains to London.
The Historic Dockyard, with HMS Victory and the Mary Rose, is a walk away. Southsea seafront and the beach are about a 40 minute walk, or a short drive or bus ride.
In the flat there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking and a bike store if you bring cycles.
