No.1 The Studio
This is No.1 The Studio. It's a modern apartment on Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. It's in that tall building people call the Lipstick building. The view is good, you can see over the harbour and the coast.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. Everything's on one level. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. There's underfloor heating, which is nice in winter.
The location is the main thing. You're right on the waterfront. The Gunwharf Quays shopping centre is literally downstairs, with all the shops, restaurants, and a cinema. The pub is about a minute's walk. The Historic Dockyard, where the HMS Victory is, is a short walk away too. You can easily spend a day there.
If you want the beach, Southsea is about two and a half miles along the front. It's a straightforward walk or a quick drive. The Spinnaker Tower is right there if you want to go up for the view.
There's parking on site, which is important in Portsmouth. It has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's also a bike store if you bring cycles.
