No.1 is a flat in Portsmouth, in the Lipstick building on Gunwharf Quays. It's got a balcony with a good view over the harbour and the coast.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything's on one level, with underfloor heating. There's parking on site too.
You're right in the middle of things here. There's a shopping outlet, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley all within a couple of minutes' walk. The harbour train station is close by, with trains to London.
For history, the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is a short walk. You can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose. The Spinnaker Tower is here too, for the views. Southsea seafront and the beach are about a 30 minute walk along the promenade.
For days out, the South Downs National Park is about half an hour's drive north. The Isle of Wight ferries go from the terminal just along the quay.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. No pets.
