No.1 The Studio
This is No.1 The Studio in Portsmouth. It's an apartment on one level, sleeps two, and is part of a bigger development down at Gunwharf Quays. You might know the tall Lipstick building by the harbour, it's in there.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Underfloor heating, proper kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing. There's also a bike store if you're bringing cycles.
The main thing is the location. You're right in the middle of everything at Gunwharf. Shops, restaurants, cinema, it's all a minute's walk from the door. The Harbour train station is close too, if you fancy a trip up to London.
The Historic Dockyard is nearby, where you can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose. The Spinnaker Tower is just there for the views. Southsea seafront and the common are about two and a half miles along for a proper beach walk.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are provided. There's on-site parking, which is a relief down there. A cot is available if you need one. No pets allowed.
