No.1 The One Bedroom is a flat on Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. It's in a tall, modern building they call the Lipstick building. You get views out over the harbour and the coast.
It's a one-bedroom apartment, so it sleeps two people. All on one level. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. Underfloor heating, which is nice in winter. The living area is open plan.
You're right in the middle of everything. Shops, bars, restaurants, a cinema, and the bowling alley are all literally on your doorstep. The Spinnaker Tower is there too if you want to go up. The train station for London is a short walk. There's on-site parking for one car.
The Historic Dockyard is about a mile away. You can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose there. Southsea seafront and the common are a short drive or a decent walk. The beach at Southsea is pebble.
Facilities wise: it’s all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you need it. No pets allowed.
