You're in the middle of everything here. The building has direct access to the Gunwharf Quays shopping centre. There are cafes, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley all about 180 yards from your door. The train station for London is a short walk away.
For things to see, the Historic Dockyard is very close. You can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose. The Spinnaker Tower is right there for the views. Southsea Castle and the beach are a couple of miles along the front.
