This is a flat in the big tower block at Gunwharf Quays. It’s on one floor. The building is tall so you get good views over the harbour.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s modern and clean.
You're right in the middle of the Gunwharf Quays development. The shopping centre is downstairs. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around here, and a cinema. It’s a busy area, especially at weekends.
The flat has underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There's a bike store if you bring cycles. Parking is on site.
The Historic Dockyard is about a 15 minute walk. You can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose there. The Spinnaker Tower is right next door if you want the view from the top. Southsea seafront and the beach are a bit further, maybe a 30 minute walk or a short drive. The train station is close, and you can get to London in about an hour and a half.
