This is a one bedroom flat in the big Lipstick building at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. It sleeps two, just the one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the balcony and the view. You're up high, looking out over the harbour and the Solent. Inside, it's all open plan, so it's just one living, dining, and kitchen space. It has underfloor heating, which is good in winter. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can park on site.
You're right in the middle of Gunwharf Quays. That means shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a bowling alley are all basically downstairs. It's busy. The Harbour train station is a short walk away if you fancy a trip to London.
For a proper beach, you'd need to go to Southsea, which is a couple of miles away. The main attractions are close by. The Historic Dockyard with HMS Victory is a must if you're into that. The Spinnaker Tower is right there for the views. The South Downs are about a 30 minute drive if you want some countryside.
A few practical things: the property is one of sixteen identical flats in the block. There are bike storage racks if you need them. No pets. They have a cot if you require it.
