The Two Bedroom Balcony View
This is the Two Bedroom Balcony View. It's one of sixteen apartments in the big building at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. People call it the Lipstick building. You're right on the waterfront.
It's a two bedroom place, sleeps four. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is on one level inside, which some people prefer. There's underfloor heating.
The main thing is the view. You get a balcony, and you're up high, so you can see over the harbour and the Solent. It's a proper modern apartment, not a cottage. Light and spacious.
You're in the middle of everything at Gunwharf. There are shops, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley all right there. The pub is about a minute's walk. The beach at Southsea is a couple of miles away if you want sand.
For things to do, the Historic Dockyard is very close. You can see HMS Victory and the Mary Rose. The Spinnaker Tower is here too, the views from the top are worth it. There's also the D-Day Museum and Southsea Castle locally.
Facilities: It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. There's also bike storage if you bring cycles. No pets.
