Bakehouse Cottage
This is Bakehouse Cottage in Kirkmichael. It sleeps three people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.
The cottage used to be the village bakery. You can see the old beams still. It's detached and you get your own enclosed garden out the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
It's right on the village street. The local shop and the pub are a minute's walk away. You can leave your car in the private parking bay. There's a river at the end of the garden if you fancy some trout fishing.
Kirkmichael is good for walking. The Path Network starts practically at the door. For bigger trips, you're in the middle of Scotland here. You can get to a lot of places in a day. The Cairngorms, Glenshee, Loch Ness, even the east or west coasts, are all possible. Pitlochry is about twelve miles, Blairgowrie is thirteen.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one dog. There's bike storage if you need it.
