Sunnyside is in Kirkmichael, a small village in Perthshire. It's a semi-detached cottage that sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable.
The back garden is private and gets the sun. It's enclosed. Inside, there's a woodburning stove for the evenings. You've got a dishwasher, washing machine, parking, WiFi, and a TV. We include bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The stairs are worth mentioning. They're steep. We've put a stairgate at the top.
Everything in the village is close. The shop is about 50 yards away, the pub is 100 yards, and there's a restaurant 300 yards from the door. There's an electric car charging point in the village, a couple of minutes' drive from the cottage.
For getting out, you're right on the Cateran Trail for walking. Pitlochry is about ten miles east. It's a proper Victorian town with the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. If you head north, you get to the Glenshee ski slopes in under half an hour.
Blairgowrie is a good spot for shops and cafes, and from there you can explore the Angus Glens. Golf is big here, with loads of courses including Rosemount and Gleneagles not too far away.
