Ardle Lodge is just outside the village of Enochdhu, down a track. It's a detached bungalow. You've got two acres of garden that go right down to the River Ardle. It's quiet.
The place sleeps six in three double bedrooms. One has an en-suite shower. There's a second bathroom as well. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living room's big, with doors out to the patio. There's a wood burner. The kitchen has everything you'd need, and it leads through to a utility room, which is handy for boots and coats.
The owner lives in a separate house on the same land, about fifty metres away. They're around if you need anything, but they're out working during the day.
The village shop in Kirkmichael, two miles away, is very good. They do local meat and produce. There's a pub there that does food.
For walking, you can pick up the Cateran Trail practically from the gate. Glenshee Ski Centre is about a fifteen minute drive. Pitlochry is roughly ten miles for bigger shops and more places to eat.
In terms of what's here: there's parking for a couple of cars, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. All bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
