Crescent Cottage is in Newtown, Powys. It's a terraced cottage in the middle of town.
It sleeps four people. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It's nice and modern inside. The layout is over three floors, so there are quite a few stairs. There are a couple of steps down from the living room to the kitchen as well. Just so you know.
The living room has a wood burner. It works well. The kitchen has a door that opens to a small yard outside. There's a table and chairs out there. It's a sunny spot in the morning.
Newtown has everything you need. Shops, cafes, a couple of pubs. They're all within a few minutes' walk. The river walks are nice and close too.
For day trips, it's a good spot. You can get to the Powis Castle and gardens in Welshpool in about half an hour. The Elan Valley is also about thirty minutes away. The dams and walks there are very impressive. If you head the other way, you're into the Shropshire Hills quite quickly.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a parking permit for one car on the street outside.
