Cefnaire
Cefnaire is a farmhouse just outside Newtown. Less than a mile from the town centre but it feels rural. It's detached, so it's just you and the fields.
It sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. We renovated it a few years ago, kept some of the old features but put in proper heating and insulation.
The garden is a big lawn, front and back. There's a hot tub at the back, and garden furniture. It’s a good space for a group.
Newtown is handy. It's got supermarkets, a few restaurants, and a theatre. You can walk along the River Severn or the canal. For a day out, Powis Castle is about twenty minutes away. The coast is a bit over an hour's drive.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove, a TV, and WiFi. There's a separate room with a big screen for films. Has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs.
There's parking for several cars on the drive.
