Cefnaire Isaf
Cefnaire Isaf is a converted barn just outside Newtown. It's a big place, detached, with its own garden that's fenced all around. You can see fields from it.
It sleeps fourteen people. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms, so everyone's not queuing in the morning. It has a 5 Star rating. There's a hot tub in the garden.
Inside, there's a big projector screen with surround sound for films. The stairs are fine, but it's an old building so the steps are a bit uneven in places. Just something to be aware of.
It's about three quarters of a mile from the centre of Newtown. There's a shop, a pub, and restaurants about the same distance. Newtown's a proper market town on the River Severn. It's got galleries, a theatre, and the usual shops.
You're right in the middle of walking country here. For a day out, the National Trust has a few places nearby like Powis Castle. The Visit Wales site is good for other ideas. You can get to the coast at Aberystwyth in about an hour. The southern edge of Snowdonia is maybe forty minutes drive.
As for what's here, it's got pretty much everything: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to three dogs.
