Oak View
Oak View is in Cefn Mawr, which is near Newtown in Powys. It's built on its own, so it's quiet. The views are good, mostly just fields and trees.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's new and everything works properly. It was finished in 2020.
The main room is all open-plan. There are big bi-fold doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen has an island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a free-standing copper bath in the room. The blinds are remote-controlled.
There's a private patio with a hot tub. The garden looks out over the countryside.
Newtown is about two miles away. It's got shops, pubs, and places to eat. There's a theatre and some galleries if that's your thing. The closest shop and pub are about two miles.
For days out, Powis Castle is nearby. It's run by the National Trust and the gardens are worth seeing. You're right on the border here, so Shropshire and the rest of Mid Wales are easy to get to.
It's got parking, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
