Soken Cottage is just outside Dereham, in Gressenhall. It's a bungalow, so all one level. It's detached and you've got the garden to yourselves. The garden is enclosed, so it's good for dogs.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. Two are king size, two are doubles. There are three bathrooms, two are en-suite showers and one has a bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well done and comfortable.
The main room is open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and sitting area all together. The big doors open right out onto the patio. There's a wood burner for cooler nights.

Dereham is five minutes by car for supermarkets, shops, and a cinema. Norwich is about half an hour if you want a city day. The coast, like Wells-next-the-Sea, is about 45 minutes to an hour's drive.

Practical things: it's got parking for three cars. Underfloor heating. WiFi. Washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. It takes up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
